By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 18aa platform — including the website at 18aa.asia, the 18aa mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 18aa (the platform operator).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 18aa platform. To register and play on 18aa, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

All financial transactions on 18aa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 18aa supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All bonuses at 18aa are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered a specified number of times. RNG systems used by 18aa's game providers are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party — including 18aa itself.

Each game on 18aa has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. 18aa accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software fault — 18aa will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. 18aa's decision in such matters is final.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed — they cannot be cancelled after the game round begins
• In the event of a technical malfunction, affected bets will be refunded
• 18aa reserves the right to void bets placed on games that were displaying incorrect odds or information due to a technical error

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18aa platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on 18aa
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with 18aa games or the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer
• Using the 18aa platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 18aa platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 18aa staff or other players
• Accessing 18aa from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

18aa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if we are required to do so for legal or compliance reasons.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or process withdrawals during the suspension period. 18aa will notify you of the suspension via the email address registered to your account and will aim to complete any investigation within 14 business days.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the 18aa support team. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive balance, that balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending wagering requirements have been assessed. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.
